I was very excited about this service, however, there are still many points to praise and criticize. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly and attentively, and they picked me up even though I was staying at a hotel far outside the free zone. Everything was very good. However, our driver wasn't very enthusiastic. He only dropped us off at one or two stops, and they were only about 200 meters apart, so we weren't really chasing the hot air balloon. Furthermore, he was often chatting with other drivers and didn't pay much attention to us. Otherwise, everything was fine, and the schedule was about 70% similar to what they described.

The sunrise, the hot air balloon, and the classic car – you can take some really memorable photos. The driver was experienced and took lots of pictures for us, and it was fun to have everyone in the photos. There were two locations: the balloon launch and landing site, and a canyon. We climbed up to the canyon and it was great to see the surrounding scenery and the balloon from a high vantage point. It's cold in the morning, so don't forget to dress warmly!

The transfer was okay, but I was confused when I had to transfer to another transfer that was waiting at a gas station. The driver also wasn't very careful in helping us unload our suitcases, throwing part of his backpack onto the road.
