We were part of a 20 people group and the focus was on cental area. The guide was knowledgeable and helpful. At some point we decided to explore the side areas on our own. It’s quite hot and the place is huge, better take an umbrella with you.

His Spanish was fluent and unimpeded; he possessed an unparalleled knowledge of the Forbidden City's history, palace backgrounds, and cultural anecdotes. His explanations were clear, engaging, and easy to understand, perfectly overcoming the language barrier for foreign guests. The pacing was well-managed throughout, and his thoughtful reminders about heatstroke prevention, well-planned itinerary, and patient answers to questions were all highly appreciated and appreciated by all members of our group. We really enjoyed everything; they drove us comfortably and showed us everything. The guide was excellent. He picked us up when we told him to. We had some issues with WeChat and couldn't register. Despite that, they still didn't cancel our reservation and communicated with us as best we could. The car was comfortable and clean. And the tour's locations were beautiful, unforgettable.

Fortunately, we elderly folks had hired a tour guide and rented electric wheelchairs, making our three-hour tour of the Forbidden City very efficient and comfortable. The tour guide was incredibly patient and took great care of the elderly. His explanations were also very engaging. The weather was exceptionally nice yesterday, and everyone had a great time without feeling too tired.


