Train tickets and admission tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable once issued. Unused services are non-refundable under any circumstances.6. There are three train classes:Expedition (Standard Train): Features comfortable seating and panoramic windows.Vistadome (Scenic Train): Includes snacks and dance performances.Hiram Bingham (Luxury Train): Features a bar and outdoor viewing area, offering lunch, dinner, and live performances.7. Registration requires a copy of the passport's first page. The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.8. Entry to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu is time-regulated. During peak seasons, ticket availability is not 100% guaranteed. If your selected date is sold out, alternative routes will be offered, which may require additional payment.9. Large suitcases or bags are not allowed on the tour.The pick-up time depends on the confirmed train ticket's departure time, so you will be notified of the pick-up time at your Cusco hotel 1-2 days before departure.11. Seats for train tickets to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu will be assigned based on vehicle availability.12. Required for booking: A copy of each participant's passport first page + English name, address, and room number of the Cusco hotel + WhatsApp.13. Travel Tips: Wear comfortable and warm clothing (jacket, gloves, warm hat), bring sunscreen, a rain poncho, hiking shoes, a small backpack, a sun hat, and insect repellent.14. When visiting religious temples or official buildings, sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts, and short tops are not allowed.15. Travel TipsPrint the admission ticket in advance and present the original passport when entering.Do not bring oversized bags; a backpack under 20 liters is recommended. Otherwise, you'll need to store it, as carrying large bags inside will be very inconvenient.There are no restrooms or restaurants inside the attraction. Restrooms are located outside the main gate, and you can re-enter on the same day with your ticket.The best time to visit the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu is from April to October, when the temperatures are pleasant and the sunny weather is ideal for outdoor travel.Food, alcoholic beverages, and other items are not allowed within the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. Eating and drinking (except water) are prohibited in the attraction.16.
