Enough time given to explore all the attractions.
Reviews: Chiang Mai Night Tour to Doi Suthep and Wat Umong Temples
Guest User2026-01-08
I highly recommend it! The observation deck and Wat Prathat Doi Suthep temple are incredibly beautiful. The nighttime drive to it is equally beautiful. I don't think the complex is as impressive during the day as it is at night. Wat Umong Temple is also interesting in its own way. The tour itself is well organized, the minibus is good, the guide knows all the answers to all your questions, and is polite and attentive.
Reviews: Chiang Mai Night Safari one-day tour [optional admission ticket only]|Shared transportation transfer|Private charter (Pickup & drop-off)

It was quite interesting. I'd been to the Singapore Night Safari before, and it felt similar to the one in Chiang Mai. The day trip was well-planned; we left at 3 pm, arriving at the zoo during the day, allowing us to watch the animal shows or simply walk around the zoo to see the animals. After dark, we took a drive-through to see the nocturnal animals. The herbivores were viewed from the drive-through during the day, and we could interact with the giraffes and hippos. Be sure to buy food to feed the animals!
Reviews: Limited time promotion Chiang Mai Black Temple + White Temple + Blue Temple one-day tour[can add Long Neck Tribe/Golden Triangle]

The White Temple is absolutely stunning and definitely worth seeing; it's also very photogenic. The Blue Temple is a bit small. The Black Temple is basically a private museum, and by the time we visited it, we were already quite exhausted and didn't have the energy to look at it carefully. The day tour includes a long neck village, which is basically just a place to buy things and take photos with the long-necked people. If you don't choose this tour, you'll have to wait outside for over half an hour, which can be quite boring. The entire tour takes over 3 hours each way, which is really tiring and not suitable for the elderly or people prone to motion sickness.
Reviews: CHIANG RAI Iconic White, Blue Temple, Black House Museum Day Tour with Buffet lunch
Guest User2026-02-08
The entire itinerary was arranged by the tour company. They picked us up from our accommodation early in the morning, as long as it was within their pickup zone. They arrived almost on time. The tour guide was very friendly, funny, and caring. The first stop was the hot springs. I think they merged passengers from different packages there if it seemed suitable, but I didn’t really mind. The rest of the trip went pretty much according to the itinerary. Recommended if you’re a solo traveler or a couple, especially if you don’t have transportation to get there.

Overall a great day. Comfortable van to the park. Our guide was very good. The places visited were all interesting, and or beautiful. A great value. A delicious Karin luncheon was included.
