The driver arranged pick-up and drop-off a day in advance, with accurate license plate information, and was reliable, dependable, and easy to understand. He provided helpful tips on Buddhist safety at the attractions, and spoke English to foreign tourists, making communication at the sites simple and easy. He was truly multi-talented, ensuring everything was well-organized for each tourist. We visited every attraction thoroughly! We had a fantastic time! Lunch was also great – unlimited meat and vegetables, and free-flowing local wines – as long as we didn't waste any! Interactive activities included presenting hadas (ceremonial scarves), learning to dance, and more – a truly enriching experience! Tashi Delek! I'd definitely come back again! A top-notch tour from Ctrip, the arrangements were excellent!★

Mr. Ma, our driver throughout the trip, was very responsible and proactive in communicating and resolving issues, making it a great experience!!
Regarding the overall tour experience, I feel that more reminders about clothing before each activity could be added. I felt incredibly cold the entire time, definitely not dressed warmly enough. For those planning a winter trip, please dress warmly!!
As for the Tusi Banquet, definitely don't sit under the loudspeakers—the vibrations are unbearable! However, everyone was very hospitable. If you haven't tried baijiu (Chinese white liquor) before, don't bother; it has a strong, unpleasant taste that you might not like.
The driver didn't try any hard selling and repeatedly emphasized the extra charges for optional activities, as well as the importance of avoiding shopping and encouraging rational spending! I really liked his personality!
Two bottles of oxygen were provided on the bus, and there were warm clothes in the back, but it's still best to dress warmly!!

Highly recommend this shop's products! Reliable. The driver, Zaxi, was incredibly kind and guided us throughout our trip in Shangri-La. His service was impeccable; he introduced us to the sights and helped us experience the faith and customs of the Tibetan people. The trip was quite enjoyable; we visited all the planned places without any hidden costs, and the prices were reasonable. We had a wonderful day, and our driver, Mr. Li, was very kind and drove steadily. He also enthusiastically explained things to us along the way, helping us understand Tibetan culture. The only regret was that the flowers and grasses in Shangri-La weren't quite in full bloom yet this season, so the scenery was a little less impressive. I'll definitely come back to Shangri-La next time in a different season!★
