Please note that the departure time may vary in summer/winter/spring, and the exact start time will be provided after receiving your booking. One day before your trip, please log in to manage.hotair.com.au, enter your name and confirmation number (as indicated on your confirmation voucher), and reconfirm your transfer time to know the exact arrival time of the bus on that day.
The hot air balloon ride includes shared transfer service from downtown hotels with local English-speaking drivers. Please wait at the designated pickup point in advance. Not all downtown hotels are eligible for pickup service—please refer to your final confirmation for details.
If you are late due to personal reasons and unable to participate in the itinerary, it will be considered as voluntary forfeiture, and no date changes or refunds can be arranged.
Passengers who suspect they may be pregnant should consult a doctor before traveling. Hot air balloon rides are permitted for pregnancies up to 3 months (13 weeks). *** Pregnant women beyond 3 months (13 weeks) are not allowed to take hot air balloon rides.
Passengers whose judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medication will not be permitted to fly at any time.
Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be allowed on the hot air balloon ride. Please do not bring large bags.
Digital photos will be provided for each flight unless the camera malfunctions. No compensation or refund will be given if the camera fails to operate.
Please note that the schedule may be adjusted due to seasonal changes. The specific time will be subject to the booking confirmation information you receive.
We recommend wearing long pants and shoes - please avoid high heels, slippers, or skirts.
Bring a jacket as it can be quite cool when the sun rises, and avoid wearing white clothing.
Bring a hat and sunglasses, as well as a fully charged camera for taking photos.
If your flight is between April and October (winter season), wear warm clothing to prevent catching a cold. For other months, warm clothing isn't necessary as the hot air balloon ride generates warm air currents.
Passengers who have participated in daytime or night diving the day before a hot air balloon ride should consult a certified diving instructor to determine if it is safe to join the balloon flight.
All backpacks and lighters must be left on the bus. You may bring cameras or mobile phones for the flight, but phones must be switched to airplane mode.
After completing the hot air balloon ride activity, guests who have chosen the private transfer service directly to the pier for the sea excursion, please bring your personal items needed for the trip (swimwear, sunscreen, towel, slippers, etc.).
