The overall experience was good and the guide had a positive attitude and did her best to give clear instructions given that it was a Chinese language only tour.

This trip was fantastic. First, our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was incredibly patient, helping every tourist who needed assistance. Throughout the trip, she tirelessly shared many interesting local history and cultural stories, which I, as a tourist, listened to attentively and found very helpful and informative. She also patiently guided us through the meeting points and ensured safety, providing excellent service. Second, the driver's skills were superb. Despite the challenging driving conditions in the icy and snowy conditions, he still managed to get everyone to our destination safely and on time. Thank you both for your hard work; the entire trip was excellent, and I would definitely choose Xiaoyu again next time.

Our tour guide, Louis, was truly wonderful! 👍🏻 He answered all our questions, explained things clearly and simply, and even helped us with our luggage 🧳. He also provided other relevant information about the tour. 💡🫰🏻 The weather was fantastic that day ☀️ We took so many beautiful photos, visited all the must-see places, and did all the sightseeing we wanted. My mother is older and couldn't walk much towards the end, so the tour guide thoughtfully went to the parking lot 🅿️ to get the car and then drove it back to pick us up. It was so considerate, heartwarming, and touching 🥰️. Thank you 😊 for giving us such wonderful memories and a great experience! 🫰🏻

Guide Wang's explanations of the Forbidden City are incredibly professional! He effortlessly connects the historical context of the Ming and Qing dynasties with the architectural regulations of the palaces, providing detailed and thorough explanations of everything from mortise and tenon joinery to court anecdotes. His presentations are engaging and insightful, avoiding rote memorization. The itinerary is well-planned, avoiding crowds and allowing you to discover lesser-known facts. He patiently answers questions throughout, maintaining a perfect pace. Following him on a tour of the Forbidden City not only lets you see the sights but also deepens your understanding of the cultural heritage behind them – a truly enriching experience!
