Our family was accompanied on the tour by our guide, Pasha. He made us feel like we were behind a stone wall. In excellent Russian, he told us much more than we expected. It's wonderful that someone with such a broad perspective shares his knowledge with such enthusiasm. Pasha also took family photos for us and put together a very sweet video while we were exploring the Great Wall of China. Our tour was very informative and comfortable.

The description might suggest this is a guided tour. In reality, it's a guided tour for a different price. By default, you'll simply be driven by an English-speaking driver who helps you buy tickets to the Great Wall and waits for you at the bottom. If you have WeChat and know how to order a taxi through DiDi, you can easily call a taxi there and then call a taxi back. It'll cost half as much. The driver is attentive, the car is good, and the transfer is excellent.
