The stargazing tour was well worth it. Although it was a bit of a journey from Perth city, seeing the sky full of stars and the Milky Way made it all worthwhile. It was so beautiful that my phone couldn't capture its true beauty. The guide's explanations were excellent. Highly recommended.

The service was standard; the location indicated on Ctrip was accurate. Upon arrival, the staff asked for the number below the QR code, making ticket exchange easy. There were signs for the ticket office along the way. The itinerary itself was fine, but it's best to rent a bicycle on the island, otherwise, getting around is extremely difficult.

Highly recommended! The crew is very professional and seems to have equipment for whale watching. It takes about half an hour to get to the vicinity of the whale activity area, where they'll stop for photos and change pods. We were very lucky; sometimes there were humpback whales on both sides of the boat, and the whole deck was filled with photos. They provide digital photos for download, but even the ones taken with my phone are great! Having professional equipment would definitely be even better.

Lucy was exceptionally professional and attentive throughout the entire journey. She managed the schedule seamlessly, ensuring we had ample time to enjoy each winery without feeling rushed. Her explanations were clear and insightful, giving us a deeper appreciation of the wines and the region. What truly made the difference was her attention to detail and genuine care for the group. She was always observant, making sure everyone was comfortable, engaged, and enjoying the experience. Her positive energy and friendly approach created a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s clear that Lucy takes great pride in her work, and it shows in every aspect of how she conducts the tour. We would gladly join another tour with Lucy again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well-organized and memorable experience.
