It was a comfortable and fulfilling trip. Starting from Hanoi and heading to Ha Long Bay, the minivan was definitely the most comfortable option. The massage chairs relieved the fatigue of the long journey. Once in Ha Long Bay, our guide, Xiao Ying, provided commentary throughout the trip and acted as our photographer, taking thousands of photos which she sent to us via WeChat, ensuring we had group photos of all the scenery – a very thoughtful service.★

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

I really enjoyed it! They picked me up from Hanoi and then brought me back on a comfortable bus. Everything about the cruise was very well organized! They pick tourists up from the Old Quarter, but my hotel was outside the Old Quarter, so that wasn't a problem! I had a great taxi ride to the pickup location; they met me there and escorted me to the bus, and back! I recommend this company to everyone! You can't visit Hanoi without visiting Halong! And if you're going to Halong, only go with this company!!!★
