Mount Hua notes:

1. If the cable car is closed due to windy or other adverse weather conditions, resulting in excessive queuing time or unused admission tickets, a full refund will be granted. However, if customers have already used the services or chosen to descend the mountain on their own due to long queues, the fees for the admission tickets and cable car rides will not be refundable.

2. At Mount Hua attraction, all visitors including those with travel agency tickets must queue for entry as there are no special channels for travel agencies. Complaints about long queue times directed at travel agencies will not be processed.

3. Due to frequent cable car ticket closures at Mount Hua caused by large crowds, the guide will arrange alternative cable car tickets on-site. Guests will then receive a refund based on the attraction's negotiated price (not the walk-in price, as our package price is lower than the walk-in price and includes transportation and guide fees. We appreciate your understanding.)

4. For sudden weather conditions at attractions that lead to cable car closures, the travel agency will notify you in advance if aware. If the situation is only known after departure on the same morning, the agency cannot be held responsible. A deduction of 100 CNY will apply for transportation and guide fees, while other costs will be refunded. Such force majeure factors cannot be anticipated by either the attraction or the travel agency. Complaints arising from these circumstances will not be addressed. Your understanding is appreciated!
