My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker ๐โ

Five stars for the driver! He waited for me at the agreed location beforehand and proactively helped me with my luggage. The driving was very smooth throughout the trip; he was familiar with the roads, which made me feel safe. The chartered car service saved me the hassle of carrying large luggage to and from the high-speed rail station. It was a direct and comfortable trip, and I would definitely choose to charter a car again next time I go to Hong Kong.
