We were anxious to confirm our trip with customer service after placing the order, as it was still in the confirmation process. The travel agency staff contacted us quickly and helped us coordinate with the local tour group, ensuring the arrangements were made promptly. However, we couldn't book the boat trip we wanted, but the travel agency staff were also very accommodating and helpful in processing the refund. The service was excellent throughout, very attentive and professional!
