1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our store. 2. Once the booking is confirmed, no cancellations or changes are allowed within 48 hours before departure. For requests submitted within the permitted cancellation period, a minimum processing fee of ¥100 per person will apply.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
