- Itinerary -

  • Check in at the store (Address: Yumeyakata Gojo, 353 Shiogama-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto-shi, Kyoto-fu, 600-8103)
  • Choose kimono (approx. 20–30 mins)

  • Kimono dressing (approx. 20 min)

  • 1 of 8 hairstyle designs (approx. 20 min)

  • Depart for a Kyoto stroll and return the kimono by 5:30 PM (approx. 10 min)

Kimono plan (men / women / children)

Kimono, obi, tabi socks, zori / geta, Japanese purse (shawl available in winter, from ¥330).

Children's kimono: suitable for children 85 cm–135 cm tall.

Yukata plan (available only during summer)

Yukata, obi, zori/geta, and Japanese handbag.

Yukata and kimono: Recommended for children 100 cm–135 cm in height. Children 85 cm–135 cm will be provided with a jinbei.

Hairstyling design plan (women only)

[Choose 1 from 8 Hairstyles] Select 1 from 8 available hairstyles. We recommend choosing a hairstyle service if your hair is 5 cm or longer below your ears. (Hair accessories are not included and can be purchased on-site.)

How to use
Present this voucher on-site
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 17:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 17:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
  • Rental experience time available until 5:30 PM on the same day.
  • Participants must be at least 85cm tall.
  • Yukata are available from mid-May to mid-September. For bookings during this period, you can decide whether to choose a kimono or yukata on the day of your experience.
  • The experience time starts from your arrival at the store, and the costume and hairstyle design takes approximately one and a half hours after arrival.
  • Due to the form-fitting nature of kimonos, we regret that we cannot offer this experience to pregnant travelers.
