Starting from the booking date, including during departure or sailing, when current regulations apply or adverse conditions arise (particularly regarding boarding location and time), the cruise may be canceled or modified at any time due to bad weather or any other reasons that may endanger passenger safety. We also reserve the right to cancel all services. The itinerary may be temporarily canceled or modified due to weather, force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, cultural events, administrative decisions, unusual closures, or any other reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel services without assuming any additional liability and shall not be responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from such cancellations.
