The Summer Palace is truly worth a visit, not just for the views, but for the history behind it! Our guide, Pasha, gave us a wonderful tour of the grounds, sharing many interesting facts and capturing some amazing photos and videos. The time flew by, and we managed to see so much. The tour was well organized; we didn't miss a thing. Pasha left us with wonderful memories and was a wonderful companion, immersing us in Chinese history! Highly recommended!

This tour was excellent. Zan bus details on meeting points, the itinerary were spot on. Brown our tour guide was organized, very informative and made excellent suggestions for seeing the Mutianyu Great Wall. The Summer Palace tour was very interesting as well. Brown made the tour was enjoyable and made sure everyone was accounted for and answered questions accordingly. Some tips during this time of the year is to wear layered clothing as temperature vary quite a bit depending on where you are and whether the sun is out. Also I think it’s worth doing the extras like the toboggan ride, the lift up the post 14 and boat ride at Summer Palace. Who knows when you’ll get another chance?

We had a wonderful experience with QingQing! We booked a private charter to the Great Wall, which also included tickets to the Summer Palace. Since it was the National Holiday, there was quite a lot of traffic, but QingQing was so patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire day and really made the trip enjoyable. She was very informative, gave us great recommendations, and was always happy to help. We even stopped at a highway service station to get some food, and she helped us order and waited patiently for us. She was genuinely so nice and made everything feel easy and stress-free. We really appreciated her kindness and would definitely recommend her!

Customer service communication was smooth, driver Mr. Li was very enthusiastic, had excellent driving skills, and was very knowledgeable; he could readily explain the history of the buildings we visited. The car was also spacious and comfortable. A very good experience, five-star recommendation.
