This tour was amazing from start to finish. Monica our tour guide was full of knowledge and such a lovely lady interacting with us all. We felt very safe with the coach driver too. At the end of the tour she even recommended how to spend the evening. We took her advice and went for dinner to the Navigli canals she told us what metro to catch and where to get off.

The trip was absolutely beautiful and an unforgettable experience. Everything was very well organized, and the atmosphere throughout the journey was pleasant and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment and made the most of everything I saw and experienced. The most impressive part was, without a doubt, the driver, Manuela. She showed outstanding professionalism, confidence, calmness, and great attention to the passengers. It’s clear that she does her job with responsibility and dedication. Overall, the visit to Lugano, the boat trip on Lake Lugano, and Bellagio were wonderful. I must highlight the restaurant recommended by our guide, Dalia; it was excellent, and the service was very prompt, leaving us time to visit Bellagio. A truly beautiful place. Dalia was very attentive and professional, managing the group well and ensuring that no one was left behind.


