Our guide was a very lively middle-aged man who led us through Danchai, explaining a lot about the rainforest. The overall approach was more educational, and you could feel the local emphasis on ecology. It was a very enjoyable day!★

It was a great excursion. We stopped at the animal park and got to feed the kangaroos. We saw some crocodiles during the cruise. We swam in the river; the water was very pleasant. The lunch was good. I would have liked to have spent more time walking along the park's trails.★

overall, the trip was nice especially the tour guide on that day. they just changed our itinerary to port douglas instead of Cape Tribulation because of the recent flooding at Daintree.
