I had a comfortable trip thanks to my guide, Jumunjeong. It was amazing to meet a guide who spoke Korean! Thanks to my guide's personal Korean lessons, I was able to travel with complete peace of mind. She was attentive to every detail, and her pronunciation was accurate and her voice was so pleasant that Google Translate worked perfectly. She was always there for me whenever I needed help, and thanks to her, I had a comfortable trip. Thank you.

Great experience, first with Yanna providing previous information about the pick up time and checking if everything is ok, and then Barry the guide and the driver being amazing with the transport and also guiding all the activities in the best way, providing info about the pandas and also Leshan Giant Buddha. We were lucky to get the best views of the giant pandas, baby and red pandas. As the tour was in a cloudy/rainy Monday we didn't suffer with crowds and everything went smoothly. The lunch also was good (paid apart), even myself not being a fan of Sichuan cuisine.

This is my first tour booking using the trip app. Bella the tour guide provided excellent service. I received a text from her 2 days before the trip. She was patient in answering my queries before the trip like the weather and what to bring. Bella and the driver were punctual and friendly during the trip. She was able to explain the history and culture of the sites, how to perform the religious rituals like the prayers for good health and which angle can take the best photos. More important is she was able to look after safety by explaining what to look out for before the physical climb and descent from the mountain and lookout for incoming traffic. I enjoyed both the hike and cruise, and learned a lot from the trip. Highly recommended.

Our tour guide, Xiao Zhou, spoke clearly and offered helpful reminders at every turn. I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up when I booked the tour, but thanks to Xiao Zhou's guidance, the journey went smoothly, and I even had plenty of time to take many photos of the Golden Summit and unforgettable snowscapes. The three rows of seats were comfortable, and the optional lunch was crucial! It replenished my energy for the 1.5km hike up the mountain. Thank you for allowing me to accomplish the impossible. An unforgettable experience.

Our tour guide, Xiaopeng, was professional, responsible, meticulous, and thoughtful. He possessed extensive professional knowledge and was extremely dedicated to his work, adding much color to our trip. Throughout the journey, he patiently and meticulously explained the historical background and cultural significance of each attraction, giving us a deeper understanding of the places we visited. Whether it was ancient architecture, unique customs, or local cuisine, he could eloquently describe everything, ensuring our trip was both enjoyable and worry-free. I was extremely satisfied with driver Xiao Cui on this trip to Dujiangyan! He was warm, honest, and provided attentive and thoughtful service. His driving skills were smooth and safe, and the car was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable ride. He was very familiar with the roads in and around Dujiangyan, and his itinerary was well-planned, avoiding detours and wasting time, making the entire trip worry-free and reassuring. Along the way, he patiently introduced local attractions and offered practical travel tips, answering all my questions—he was very reliable. He proactively helped with my luggage, and his attitude was gentle and polite. Overall, his service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Dujiangyan. Choosing driver Xiao Cui will definitely give you peace of mind, comfort, and confidence. I will definitely choose him again next time! If I could rate him, I would give him 100 points. Using easy-to-understand language, he clearly explained the working principles of the three main projects: the Fish Mouth Weir, the Feisha Weir, and the Baopingkou Weir, allowing us to truly understand the wisdom of the ancients in water management. The guided tour was well-organized and highlighted key points, making it both interesting and informative. The service was warm and attentive throughout, with a patient and friendly attitude, timely reminders of important information, and consideration for everyone's pace. Under the guide's guidance, we not only admired the magnificent water conservancy projects but also learned a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. The entire trip was fulfilling and enjoyable, a very satisfying guided tour experience.
