Georgi Ivanov was our guide and was very good at guiding us throughout the entire experience! He's very knowledgeable about the monastery's past and present history...he was able to answer many of the group's questions. The monastery is fantastic...the spa is just the right size and there aren't too many people, which allows you to truly relax for a few hours! He was also very punctual about departure and arrival times!

The customer service can contact and communicate in advance, and it is very good to punch in two classic attractions for a day trip. The itinerary is reasonable, the tour guide is warm and professional, and has been carefully explaining.

The monastery is beautiful, but the guide was definitely not knowledgeable enough. Despite his good Italian, he didn't provide enough historical and cultural information. The driver was speeding, and we almost crashed twice while overtaking and on a curve.

What we liked most was the guide (Martín); what we liked least was that the price of the tickets wasn't itemized separately, that it would be easier to pay them when making the reservation, and that the entrance to the Rila Museum with a guide was very expensive.


