Excellent E-SIm. Very satisfied! I haven't encountered any problems, almost always in 5G. Even near the Atlas, I had excellent 3G and 4G signal, contrary to some reviews. The only problem: it wasn't possible to check your daily usage unless you download some data-saving apps.
Reviews: Explore Fes: Unforgettable Guided Walking Tour of the Medina
Guest User2026-02-08
A very interesting walking tour, despite the truly awful weather. The rain and cold didn't help, but our guide, Mohamed, made all the difference: he spoke excellent Italian, was knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and always available to answer questions. The tour also takes you to less commercial areas of the city, where you can see artisans at work and discover authentic corners that you would otherwise be unlikely to visit on your own. The people you meet along the way are warm and helpful, often happy to chat and have their photo taken. The taxi portion of the tour was also very interesting, allowing you to get around and see other areas of the city, with a truly kind and helpful taxi driver. Overall, a recommended experience for those who want to experience the city at its most authentic, even if the weather isn't on your side.
Reviews: Day Tour to Chefchaouen from Fes with Local Expert

The city is beautiful and worth visiting. The drive there and back isn't easy (4 hours each), there's a guided walk around the medina, and 3 hours of free time. It was plenty of time. Staying overnight would have been an option.
