Our guide, Juan, a Spanish native who studied in Italy and speaks perfect Italian, told us about the cathedral, peppering it all with historical and artistic information about the city's entire history. But so far, so normal. The plus was his passion for history, which he conveyed to us, literally transporting us from one historical period to another, with direct connections not only to what we were able to admire. Thank you for your passion and the historical knowledge you shared. It was certainly a valuable experience.
