Although I don't speak Chinese, the tour was very straightforward for me (pick-up, payment for extras, etc.). The kung fu show was the absolute highlight. It's a must-see. The tour guide was friendly, made sure no one got lost, and scheduled plenty of bathroom breaks. Excellent!

I highly recommend this tour if you’re short on time and want to visit three major attractions in the Henan province. The day trip was well planned out and you definitely get your moneys worth. Our tour guide Jenny was very accomodating and knowledgeable. She is a Luoyang local - not only did she explain the history of Luoyang and its landmarks but she also gave us tips on how to get around Luoyang and helped suggest other attractions we could visit during our stay. Teacher Mao was very professional. A native of Shanghai, she was extremely familiar with Yu Garden and provided a very detailed explanation throughout the tour. The process wasn't tiring at all. We heard many stories about the garden, some of which weren't even online but were only recorded in the county annals. It was very vivid and interesting. She even took us to the City God Temple before the tour ended. It was definitely worth the trip! Yu Garden truly needs a guided tour; otherwise, you simply won't understand it! This trip was very worthwhile!

This trip was unforgettable! Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) is magnificent, far more beautiful in person than in photos. The bamboo forests of Arashiyama are serene and picturesque in autumn, a truly refreshing experience. Katsuo-ji (Katsuo-ji Temple) is unique, with its mountainside covered in Daruma doll statues, full of both charm and Zen spirit. The itinerary was well-paced, and the guide's explanations were vivid and detailed, not only introducing the historical background but also sharing many local anecdotes. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Each of the three attractions was unique, both classic and off-the-beaten-path, and overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience!


