Wonderful excursion. Multilingual guide. Since the road to Pena was closed by the authorities, we were able to visit the National Palace of Sintra instead. Over an hour of historical and cultural discoveries. Thank you to Nuno and his driver for this day.

Our tour guide/driver was incredibly fun and talkative. He was also very knowledgeable about the attractions and their historical anecdotes. He would tell us in advance which restaurants or dessert shops were good, or where to find restrooms, so we could use our information as a reference. We could also ask him any questions we had, and he was very generous in sharing his expertise and opinions. We had a very enjoyable day. I'm so glad we signed up for this small tour; otherwise, we would have had to buy tickets, queue, and explore on our own, and we probably wouldn't have been able to visit so many famous attractions in one day. Highly recommended!

Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.

Ines shared so much fascinating history and local insight, bringing every sight to life in a way that made the whole experience unforgettable. It was a magical adventure as we set out not knowing if we would get to see dolphins or not. Bart was our guide; a marine biologist who was so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Due to the care and kindness of Bart and his fellow marine crew, I felt very grateful that we had picked Sea & Estuary Odyssey to share in this beautiful, once in a life time experience. We travelled for a good hour and a half into what felt like a world away from the city and there we saw the most wonderful little pod of dolphins. I cannot explain how happy I felt. I took my ten year old son and we are still taking about it now and watching back the footage we captured. Thank you Bart for giving us the most precious afternoon. We will treasure it forever.


