• A minimum of 2 people is required to operate shared tours. We reserve the right to cancel the tour if there are not at least 2 participants.

• Bookings made 48 hours prior to the tour are subject to guide availability.

• Comfortable walking shoes and sun protection are recommended.

• Please get in touch with us at info@cuencabestours.com or WhatsApp +593-987-796-896 within 24 hours notice to reconfirm the tour and pick-up time.

• Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten-Free/Lactose-Free options are available, please advise at the time of booking if required.

• A current valid passport or Id is required (A copy or picture is ok).

• Not wheelchair accessible.

• Infant meals not included.

• For 1 to 6 passengers, a bilingual guide will also be the driver. For more than 6 passengers, a driver and a bilingual guide will be provided.

• Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Your voucher will be sent to your email after your booking is confirmed. Please check the usage instructions on your voucher for more info about how to use it.

Any traveler groups not mentioned in the booking options are not applicable for voucher use.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
