This was a wonderful tour of the places related to Rumi as described. The tour guide, Hayri, was extremely knowledgeable about each Rumi location and other significant sites. He explained the overall history and told interesting anecdotes and legends about Rumi and other important figures of that time. In the morning we walked to all of the locations in the center of Konya. We stopped for a very good lunch of traditional Turkish food and then continued to outlying sites in the afternoon in a van.


