It was alright, a purely English-speaking tour, haha. Lunch was good, quite tasty. A word of caution for those who aren't good at English: there was basically no internet throughout the entire trip, so translation wasn't possible. However, they ended up taking us to a honey shop to encourage purchases, which, while not mandatory, was still a bit uncomfortable.★

The tour was amazing from start to finish. Helena was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area and the different wineries. The tour was organized beautifully, allowing us to explore and enjoy every part of it. The wineries were unique, and the lunch was an excellent introduction to the local culture.★

An amazing trip to the beautiful mountains and countryside of Tashkent City. As part of the trip we visited a ski resort on the Amirsoy mountains. We took the cable car to the top of the mountain, the view of the snow covered mountains was breathtaking. The kids had a lot of fun snowball fighting, building a snowman and horse riding. Added to all this the guide, Murad was amazing and everything was well arranged by the tour operators including the car, tickets to the resort/cable car and he delicious lunch.★

I booked the tour online through Trip.com, and Maggie contacted me within an hour to confirm the tour details. Maggie was particularly helpful and accommodating, as we wanted to tailor and add Mount Muztagh Glacier to our itinerary. We received our driver's information the night before our day tour – providing peace of mind. On the day, Mr. Jiao, our guide, was hospitable and attentive to customers. He has excellent knowledge and was attentive throughout. When we set off, he bought drinking water early in the morning. When we arrived at Mount Muztagh with high alpity, he went to buy an oxygen tank again. When we had some mild high-altition, he carefully slowed down the car. We were very satisfied with the whole tour. Mr. Jiao was warm and hospitable, and very attentive to his customers. He was very knowledgeable and considerate of everything along the way. He bought drinking water for us well in advance. When we experienced altitude sickness at Muztagh Ata, he bought oxygen cylinders. He carefully reminded us when we had mild altitude sickness and slowed down the car; he's a very thoughtful person. We were very satisfied with the entire trip, including the journey through Baisha Mountain, Muztagh Ata, and the Pamir Plateau 👍🏼, and it was full of laughter. 😊
