An amazing cruise that was almost ruined by the absolutely terrible ticket exchange system at the pier. Initially, they tell you to exchange them somewhere in the huge ICON SIAM shopping center. Well, good luck, we couldn't find anywhere to exchange them for tickets after half an hour. The ticket said to go to the second gate, but from there we were redirected to the fourth, and from there to the first... Anyway, yes, the staff really confused us. In the end, all the seats were on the second deck, and there was no option to choose a seat. We had RRR, which means third row from the side, but overall, very good seats. The staff on board are very helpful, the food is incredibly delicious, and it's nice that you can pack a lot and there was enough for everyone: fruits, sweets, seafood, and so on. The views were incredible, and the total trip took about two hours. The music was simply amazing. The singer sang popular songs from around the world, including "Katyusha" and "Carefree Angel," even from Russia. I highly recommend it!Trip.com picks
