About Transfers:
For shared transfer pick-up, please wait at the [hotel lobby] 5 minutes before the pick-up time stated on the confirmation sheet. The local driver will not call you upon arrival but will verify your name with the confirmation sheet. Once your name is confirmed, you can board the vehicle. Please note that the driver cannot wait long as they need to pick up other passengers. Be prepared in advance and avoid being late to prevent missing the ride, as any missed pick-up will be at your own expense.
If you haven't been picked up after the scheduled pickup time, it might be due to traffic congestion. You can contact our customer service group/WhatsApp, and we'll assist you with the vehicle. Since shared transfer routes may vary in traffic conditions, the driver could arrive earlier or later than expected. Please be prepared in advance and wait for the driver. If you're particular about waiting time, we recommend going to the attraction on your own or booking a private transfer service.
[Drop-off] During peak season, there may be waiting times for shared transfers. If you can't wait, you may take a taxi at your own expense.
Handy Little Tips
1. About taking the boat:
1. Seat selection: Seasickness is also related to your seat choice. When traveling by boat, it's recommended to avoid sitting in areas with more movement like the bow or stern. Try to choose a seat in the middle section of the vessel where the rocking motion is typically gentler, which can help alleviate discomfort caused by seasickness.
2. Rest your eyes: Try to avoid reading books or using your phone on the boat. You can close your eyes to relax, or wear headphones and listen to soothing music to distract yourself, which helps prevent seasickness.
3. Oral medication: Take motion sickness medication 30 min to 1 hr before boarding. You can ask the guide for it at the pier.
4. Motion sickness external application: Apply motion sickness patches or use self-prepared herbal ointment on the forehead or temples.
2. About transportation: Some roads in Thailand are quite winding, and local drivers generally drive fast, which may cause motion sickness.
Friendly reminder:
1. Rest your eyes: Try to avoid using your phone in the car, as playing with it for too long on winding roads can easily cause dizziness. Instead, take a short nap to rest and recharge for better energy to enjoy your activities later.
2. Control your appetite: Avoid overeating during meals.
3. Medication preparation: Take motion sickness medication or apply motion sickness patches 30 min in advance, and prepare a clean bag.
