When I arrived at the pick-up location, I contacted the staff and they came and I was able to pick it up right away. The device was set to Japanese beforehand, so I was able to use it without any problems. On the day of return, it was around 9pm, but the staff came right away, just like when I picked it up. It was a very smooth process. The image quality was also very good, and even when I took pictures from a faraway seat, it looked as if I had taken them up close!

It's easy to use. You just pay for each ticket individually, but the lounge was so crowded that I had to wait to get in. It was my first time in the East wing, and while it was smaller than the West wing, it was more than enough for breakfast.

When traveling to Korea, I recommend using the wowpass card. It has two modes of use: as a debit card and as a Tmoney public transportation card. These modes don't overlap. You can't transfer money from one virtual wallet to the other. This is the only inconvenience. Otherwise, the card makes traveling around Seoul and South Korea much easier.
