Very convenient service. They contacted me via WhatsApp and explained everything. They reminded me the day before. The driver also specified the car. Everything was clear and convenient. And most importantly, it was fast.

When planning my trip, I decided to stay in Hanoi first and then move to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) for a few days. I found some good options there and booked a limousine transfer. They picked me up on time in the morning (on time), and the drive took several hours to get to my destination. The highway is uneven, the car was constantly bouncing, and the driver didn't even slow down over the bumps. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, those traveling to Tam Coc were transferred to another car and driven to the main street. The hotel was literally a three-minute walk away, but they could have taken us there! Incidentally, the drivers don't speak English, so they always kept quiet and communicated with gestures. Overall, I loved it. I highly recommend it. Have a great trip! Natalie Fastenbelts.

Excellent organization. They sent precise directions to the bus stop and the bus number via WhatsApp. There were two stops along the way, where you could go to the restroom (for a fee of 3,000 rubles) and grab a bite to eat. In Sapa, a free shuttle took you to the hotel. The downside was the air conditioning on the bus was so loud that I had to wear all my warm clothes.

Thank you for picking me up at my hotel on time... The sleeping bus was really comfortable, with reclining seats on the first floor, and I didn't get motion sickness. It was amazing... I was also grateful for the drop-off at my hotel upon arrival in Sapa... Rating: 110 points... The only downside is the price... Is that rude? Sigh...

I was very pleased with the service! My flight was delayed by 1.5 hours, and the driver was waiting for me. It's very nice and reassuring to arrive alone at night and have someone waiting for you and meeting you.


