The meeting point with the guide is very well indicated. She showed us where to enter. Once inside, the security check is quick, and you're already in the gallery. The audio guide takes a little while to understand, but once you get the hang of it and get used to it, you can explore on your own. It's well explained in the selected language. You have unlimited time to view the artworks and stay in the museum. A great experience.★

The tour was amazing, Silvia is extremely sweet and really attentive really made our experience all the better. At the same time, the tour is scheduled in a way that you have time to see all the most important tourist attractions and also enjoy some great meals. Europe's winter is dark early, it is dim at 4 pm, so it is very regrettable that we finally arrived at the Leaning Tower in Pisa, which is not conducive to taking pictures, and we can't take pictures of the design of the Leaning Tower with our hands. Other trips are very good.★

Everything was perfect. Florence is beautiful and the guides were fantastic. Our guide Gabriel spent the most time with us. He's wonderful and spoke perfect Portuguese. The other guide, João, was also very attentive and made sure to speak our language the whole time. We loved the tour.★

Excellent visit with our guide who adapted well (2 big children) and gave us a nice introduction to Renaissance painters while allowing us to admire the masterpieces at the same time.
