The meeting point was easy to find. I received a very friendly and helpful welcome from the Crown Tours guide. Thank you, she was extremely competent. The tour of the Uffizi Gallery was fantastic. A bit of a wait at security is normal with so many visitors. It was also quite crowded in front of the famous paintings. Overall, a very worthwhile tour that is simply a must-do when visiting Florence.

It was awesome but we were put into danger from poor navigation of the bus driver because he drove the bus under a low bridge and hit the top of the bus and kept driving which caused the unit on top of the bus to smoke and filled the cab with toxic smoke which resulted us in a emergency evacuation

Raffaello was beyond extraordinary -his ability to explain concepts and unpack the long complex history of the Uffizi and its contents was truly meraviglioso! He was able to connect with us immediately and created a rapport that seemed honest and intriguing within moments of starting the tour. My partner and I both had the same impression: we will never again experience the Uffizi the same. There are not enough stars to express our appreciation. Bravo Professore!!!!!
