- For horseback riding activities, for safety reasons, guests must have basic English communication skills to participate in the activity. If a guest's English is poor or they do not understand English at all, the activity company may not allow them to participate on-site, and no refund will be issued (using a translator is also not permitted).
- Dress according to weather conditions and temperature. Year-round: long pants, sturdy closed-toe shoes (no high heels or sandals allowed), sunglasses, sunscreen/insect repellent. A water bottle is also recommended during summer or when thirsty; in winter, bring warm clothing including jackets, gloves, and scarves.
- It is recommended to use a mobile phone or compact camera for taking souvenir photos.

1. Children aged 7-14 are charged at child rates, while those aged 15 and above are charged at adult rates. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2. The weight limit is 95 kg. Please provide your accurate weight when booking. The operator reserves the right to weigh visitors on the day of the activity and refuse horse riding to those exceeding the weight limit, with no refund for the riding fee.
3. This itinerary is suitable for horseback riding beginners. Guests must possess basic English communication skills; otherwise, the riding company may refuse participation on-site without refund. Please be advised!
4. Two people cannot ride the same horse together. Children will be accompanied by a guide when riding to ensure safety.

6. This tour provides helmets and rain gear. Please wear suitable clothing for horseback riding. It is recommended to bring a set of clean clothes, socks, and a warm jacket. Sunglasses and sunscreen can be brought according to your needs.

Always pay attention to road conditions and prioritize safety. It is recommended that you purchase insurance on your own!
