Pretty good. Guide was quite informative even though we had less interaction with them. Since we drove our own car. Still had to pay full price even though we did not use the bus or the hotel pickup. But other tickets were not available★

Driver was great. Communicated clearly, have useful tips and kept the day moving. He accommodated the older guests with care and I would reccomend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow★

The trip generally went well, but there are situations that need improvement. The van had 3 seats facing backwards, which makes the trip very uncomfortable for those traveling in those places. And the driver's attire, not speaking English, and having to use a cell phone while driving is dangerous, and I believe it would also be illegal in Poland. Guide in Auschwitz 5*, in the caves 4*★

Thomas, our driver and tour leader, was very responsible. Two days in advance, he emailed us to be in the hotel lobby at 7:00 AM and even asked if we needed to bring our own lunchboxes. On the day of departure, the van arrived five minutes early. A minivan, fully loaded with our eight tourists, arrived smoothly at our destination. Thomas handed us over to the English-speaking guide at Auschwitz concentration camp and told us to go to the restrooms first, as they were less crowded. Then we followed the tour guide inside. We had 15 minutes for lunch on the van before continuing our visit to the second camp. For history buffs, this was a deeply insightful visit. The return trip was also very smooth; we were taken directly back to the hotel.★

Guided tours were excellent. A very interesting day and value for money. I would fully recommend this day trip.
