E-ticket notices: After successful ticket issuance, you can go directly to the pier to collect your ticket and board the ferry between 6 PM and 9 PM by presenting the SMS. You need to go to the ticket counter 3–4 hours in advance to redeem your ticket with the SMS verification code. If you place an order on the same day, please go early to collect your ticket. In the evening, please arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes before your departure time slot to board the ferry. During holidays, due to high passenger traffic, it is advisable to go as early as possible as departure time slots will be more readily available. If you arrive late, there may be no departure time slots left and the ticket counter will close. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
