Ordered the trip via trip.com and the driver arrived at a different hotel. No one called, no one answered our calls. Fortunately, the trip.com assisted with solving the issue pretty well and we went on this trip on a different day. The guide, Ken, was a lot of fun. The trip itself was interesting despite the long distances. We bought yogurt and cheese on the farm, tasted good. The lunch was good.★

We had Jeff aka Mr Handsome as our guide. He was v responsible and contacted us a day before w details abt the tour. Jeff has excellent communication skills and is sensitive to the needs of the travellers. He made a slight change due to the weather and bcos of this we avoided the jams. He is very experienced and you feel v assured and relaxed throughout the whole trip. I could not find anything that really needs improving(maybe the potholes). One of the most excellent and knowledgeable guides we have come across through our many decades of tours. He never stops learning. I will not hesitate to recommend Jeff. We got to see our rafflesia and the desa farm was brilliant. The small hike at poring springs was enjoyable! Tqvm for a wonderful day and arrangements!★

Mount Kinabalu is a must-visit in Sabah. Since it's quite far, it's easier to join a tour group. You can also enjoy paragliding and ATV rides. I bought hay for 2 Malaysian Ringgit to feed the cows. It was a wonderful experience to pick up and drop off cows so close to them for the first time.★

The rafting in Jelutong was thrilling but not dangerous. The instructors were professional and very attentive. I, who am usually afraid of water, thoroughly enjoyed the trip! The Mali Cultural Village was also unforgettable! Our guide, Cavin, was very professional and attentive, and the guide, Ray, was also very professional, helping me learn a lot about the customs and traditions of Malaysia's indigenous peoples!★

Kota Kinabalu Kawa-Kawa River Cruise: Proboscis Monkey and Firefly Tour (Including Afternoon Tea and Dinner)
The trip went very smoothly! Pick-up and drop-off were punctual, and the itinerary was well-organized. Afternoon tea and dinner were delicious, especially the local specialties, which left a lasting impression.
The most unforgettable experience was seeing the proboscis monkeys on the riverbank; they were lively, fun, and incredibly cute. The fireflies at night were breathtaking—the entire forest seemed to be lit up by stars, a dreamlike and magical experience!
The guide was also very professional and friendly, providing engaging explanations and patiently answering our questions. Overall, it was a journey full of surprises, and I highly recommend it! It will definitely be an unforgettable memory.

Everything on this tour went smoothly! The transfer was punctual, and the itinerary was well-organized. The hi-tea and dinner provided were delicious, especially the local flavors which left a deep impression.
The highlight was definitely seeing the proboscis monkeys along the river—they were active, playful, and adorable. And the fireflies at night were absolutely breathtaking! The trees glittered like starlight, creating a magical and enchanting atmosphere.
Our guide was also excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to answer our questions. Overall, this was a wonderful experience filled with beautiful moments. Highly recommended for an unforgettable adventure!
