Meet our staff at Campo San Zaccaria, in front of the shop opposite to the Church. Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the tour starting time. Please provide or show a copy of your voucher to the staff
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 6 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 6 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Know in advance:
- On some days, due to liturgical events or exceptionally high tides, access may not be possible. In this case, you will be contacted to arrange another visit on a different date, or you will be reimbursed
- Kindly note that during the visit to the Basilica it will not be possible to stop for explanations on the ground floor. The guided visit will be on the upper floor (Terrace and Museum)
- Due to new security controls, waiting times are also possible for customers with priority entry or skip-the-line tickets
- Please be aware that starting from April 25th, 2024, and on certain dates, registration and payment of an access contribution will be necessary to visit the city of Venice. You are encouraged to check all the information and procedures for registration or payment on the dedicated website of Comune di Venezia
