We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience.
The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage.
The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly.
On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience.
The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included.
Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.★

The staff were very welcoming and tried their best to explain the itinerary to us even though we don't speak English or Vietnamese. Thumbs up! The lunch on board was delicious and varied, the juice was reasonably priced, and the sunset party was lively. It was a very worthwhile trip. If you have a trip to Halong Bay planned, I highly recommend choosing their service.★

Our guide, Tiger, and the entire group kindly waited for us for 25 minutes this morning as we were running late for our taxi to the bus. The tour was very informative, taking in the picturesque views of Halong Bay. We had a delicious lunch on board; I didn't expect such a good quality for the price! Thanks to the organizers!★

The tour on a boat is a must in Catba. Tour bus came to pick us up to the hotel and drop us off after we finished. Everything was well organized and we have plenty of time to rest
