How to use

No need to print your e-ticket admission voucher; simply show the mobile version of your e-ticket when you travel. Point of departure: 10 Kali crt Yulara NT 0872. Departure time: See e-ticket.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Age restriction: This itinerary is not suitable for children under 5 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult. Same price for all visitors.
Weight limit: Participants under 100kg can join directly. Guests over 100kg must provide height and weight for operator evaluation to determine eligibility.
Safety instructions: The guide will ensure your riding safety during the trip. Please follow the guide's instructions and arrangements to ensure a safe ride. If you do not follow instructions during the ride and cause injury or other losses, you will be responsible for them; we recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance.
Riding instructions: 2 people ride one camel. The supplier will make specific arrangements.
This itinerary is highly dependent on weather conditions. If the tour cannot proceed due to weather, the itinerary may be adjusted, and attractions may be changed. If weather conditions result in a poor viewing experience for natural views such as sunrise/sunset, this is considered a force majeure event. Therefore, no refunds or price differences can be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Suggested items to bring: sun hat, sunscreen, hiking shoes, camera, drinking water. From Apr–Oct, the temperature difference between day and night is significant, so please prepare a light, warm jacket.
During the riding process, please follow the guide's arrangements and avoid randomly touching or patting the camels.
