Our guide Alexander was very well knowledged and had very interesting answers to all our questions. He is a very safe driver even in the icy mountain roads. We had a lot of time to vist the monestary and we were very well informed about its story, all very well explained by alexander. Even though the driving distance was long, we were never bored and we never reached for our phones, we played music and had very interesting talks with Alexander. I recommend this trip very much, they take care of you very well and make sure that you enjoy your time during this trip.★

The guide's ability to speak Italian was excellent, his skill and knowledge were shared with historical stories, advice, and suggestions. I absolutely didn't like that the entrance and visit to the Boyana Church took 6 minutes (basically, with a 6.14 cent ticket, it was 1 euro per minute). You could add pickup points, not just in front of the embassy. I contacted you several times, but it seems my system didn't support the "manage reservation" feature.★

Boyana church is very impressive. A portion is nearly 1,000 years old and in very good condition. It felt like walking back in time. Rila is a lovely serene place. I can see why the monks built their Monestary in this location.
