I arrived at 6:30 in the morning and picked up my ticket at Terminal 1. I was a bit taken aback because the first booth I saw was open from 10:40. However, as other people have reviewed, when I got to the MRT, there was a booth with a staff member who spoke English well. The MRT design was also really pretty. Haha, I received it safely.★

The round-trip card from Taoyuan International Airport to downtown Taipei and the card for unlimited use of the city's subway are separate. It's a great deal. I lost my city subway card on the way there, but the card for the return trip to the airport was separate, which was very helpful. The pick-up point at the airport is near the subway ticket gate on the B2 floor. I searched for it quite a while, thinking it must be somewhere inside the airport.★

It was a lot of fun to use, with unlimited MRT rides and various other perks. The exchange location is easy to find on Google Maps, and when you show the card to the store staff, they'll help you right away. I feel like I got my money's worth when I climbed Mt. 101.★
