It was a great ATV ride, a perfect blend of nature and human experience. There were rice terraces, caves, and waterfalls. We arrived by motorbike, and after an hour and a half of thrilling fun, we were served sandwiches and water. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely go again if we had the chance.

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

A one-day tour with Mr. Zheng He, who drives for us, is better than a year of independent travel. Our itinerary in Ubud was arranged and led by Mr. Wayan Zheng He. He was very talkative, sharing a lot about local Balinese culture and recommending many restaurants. Also, when we were caught in a sudden downpour at the Tegallalang Rice Terraces and Tirta Empul Temple, Mr. Zheng He personally brought us umbrellas. This trip was perfect, and we are very grateful to Mr. Zheng He for his company for the entire day!

We had an amazing time hiking Batur. Our guide Ayu was very supportive and friendly. We made it to the top at a perfect time to have breakfast before the sunrise. Definitely will come back one day.

An amazing way to see the sunrise without a hike. The jeep ride was fun and adventurous, yet very comfortable. The guide was patient, friendly, and made sure everyone felt safe. He also suggested the best photo spots and helped us get great pictures. The sunrise view was absolutely beautiful. A must-do experience in Bali.

The whole day was amazing and I couldnt recommend it more. From the clear communication the day before, advising of pick up time and place to the prompt pick up morning of, the driver (Depa) was so friendly. The guide on trek (katut) was amazing, always checking in to make sure we were OK, stopping for breaks when needed and the breakfast up top was great! Stopping at the coffee plantation was amazing, the guide there was so knowledgeable and we not only learnt heaps, but got to try 14 different coffees and teas! Absolutely incredible tour!


