How to use
Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit. Look for your guide holding a yellow flag with the "GOGODAY" logo. Please arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point to find your guide.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Know in advance:
- The night before departure, the local operator will email you detailed information including meeting time, location, guide info, and vehicle details
- Due to the limitations of the vehicle space, please inform the provider in advance if you have infants and/or luggage; each person is limited to one piece of luggage
- Lake Kawaguchi offers different views with each season, and you will visit season-specific scenic spots. The admission fee is at your own expense
- The matcha experience and Lake Kawaguchi cable car fees are included. If the cable car cannot be ridden due to weather conditions, the itinerary will be changed to the Sengoku Samurai Boat ride by Lake Kawaguchi or the cable car ticket fee will be refunded
- The guide will be holding a yellow flag with the "GOGODAY" logo at the meeting point, highly recognizable
