Start your discovery game at Palazzo della Gran Guardia. Click on the email you've received from Secret City Trails to start the trail.
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 00:00 on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 00:00 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

- This is a self-guided tour, there is no tour guide that meets you at the start location
- You will receive an email with a link to your game. The link to the game is valid up to 6 months after the purchase. By tapping the play button your game opens in your phone's browser. No downloads needed
