How to use
Pick-up from hotels in Hoi An city center only (except South Hoi An area such as Duy Hai, Thang Binh, and southwards). You will indicate your pickup location at checkout and confirm the pick-up details directly with the local operator whose contact information can be found in the voucher after booking.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
- The minimum number of participants required per booking is 2 adults
- The participants who are not used to driving a scooter will have a personal driver to ride along, please inform the tour guide on the tour day
- Children age 4-5 allow to join the activity and must sit together with parents on the same scooter and the parents will need to sign a waiver for the children before the tour start
- This tour is not suitable for the participants with difficulty in walking
- Ladies with pregnancy may not be suitable to participate in the activity
- You must be at age 4+ to join this tour
- The minimum age for self-drive is 16 years old
- Poncho is provided in case of rain
