• Late/Early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 10/12/16 USD for 4/7/16 Seater Car (pay to transfer operator)

• Vehicle options: 4 Seater Car (Toyota Vios or similar) for maximum 2 passengers; 7 Seater Car (Toyota Innova or similar) for maximum 3 passengers; 16 Seater Car (Ford Transit or similar) for maximum 8 passengers
• Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
• Vietnamese-speaking driver (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
• The customer service team (English speaking) is available on WhatsApp 24/7
• The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
• Please provide pick up date and time, number of pax, pick up and drop off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
• Waiting time for international flights — 90 minutes; for Domestic flights — 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel — 30 minutes
