We had a lovelly time our guide Andrew was really helpful and knowledgeable not just about the falls but gave us a lot of extra local information on the trip. We also had a nice group on the trip of differing nationalities which made it more interesting. The mix of stops was nice, the Maple Syrup tasting was an experience as were all the stops. We were there early January so it was fairly quiet which really was nice as we had time to relax take pictures and enjoy the day. I can imagine for the guide it is not as straightforward with different people on different tours and managing all of that which Andrew seemed to manage with ease. The trip was very enjoyable and if you happen to be in Toronto you need to experience.

We had a great experience with Ashton! He was super friendly and attentive to our questions. He also gave us recommendations :) Unfortunately our boat tour has to be cancelled but we were really happy with how it was handled: they gave us many alternatives for us to chose the best option.

A very enjoyable visit. The museum is interesting and provides insight into the old power station in which it is housed. Going down the tunnel offers privileged access to Horseshoe Falls. At this time of year, it wasn't very crowded, which allowed me to enjoy it even more.


