Amazing! It was the best tour I took in Vietnam. Seeing the city while traveling on bike is very convenient, food in a restaurant we visited was delicious and the tour guide Jinny was really nice and fun to talk to. If this is your first visit to Hanoi, book this tour first! Our guide, Neo, picked us up from our hotel right on time. I had a list of places and things I wanted to see and do. Neo made it happen! His English is excellent and he knew where to find ALL of the most amazing spots. He exceeded every expectation. What a wonderful surprise! The five-star cruise ship's facilities and service were both excellent. We took our family there before Chinese New Year, and luckily it wasn't crowded. We had a comfortable and enjoyable day! We're planning to come here for our company team building next time!

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

OK! Kenny team! The young, cute, and energetic tour guides were cheerful and friendly. The one-day tour was full of attractions, and the explanations and consideration for travelers during the trip were excellent. The Chang An boat tour was several times better than Ha Long Bay, and I created truly precious memories with my family. Thank you, Kenny.
