If this is your first visit to Hanoi, book this tour first! Our guide, Neo, picked us up from our hotel right on time. I had a list of places and things I wanted to see and do. Neo made it happen! His English is excellent and he knew where to find ALL of the most amazing spots. He exceeded every expectation. Iris is resting. We were upgraded to the Dolphin, a fantastic boat. The newest and most luxurious boat in the entire marina. It has three floors, a restaurant on the first floor, a pool and stage on the second floor, and a hot tub on the third floor. There's also a sunset party with a band. The entire itinerary was perfectly planned. The service was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Halong Bay.

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The tour guide personally picked us up from the hotel and provided excellent and responsible service throughout the trip. The five-star Sea Lion cruise ship was also very new, and we were very satisfied with the food, seating arrangements, and explanations. The night before, a Chinese-speaking guide named Ruby added us on WeChat to provide detailed instructions, and she also dropped us off at the hotel that evening. A pleasant day.


