The tour guide named Hugo was very accommodating. He is even so generous with giving us time to explore and remind us to get back on time. Very informative. A lot of facts shared during this tour. Free food for the deers! Also the ride is not a big bus is like a private van-bus type which is very convenient for small number of joiners! It was fun!

My trip to Kyoto was so great! It was even more memorable than Osaka, and I highly recommend it because I was able to enjoy everything even on a short trip!! Thanks to our guide, Gumun-gil, I received great restaurant recommendations and the explanations were so helpful. I'll definitely be back with my family next time! 😆

Since my travel schedule was short, I was debating between Universal and Kyoto day tours, and I chose the Kyoto day tour and went, and it was so fulfilling and great~ Especially at the Deer Park, my child had fun interacting with the deer and said he wanted to go to the Deer Park again~^^ Our guide, Haehwa, was kind and talked a lot with us, and it was a comfortable tour~ My legs hurt from walking a lot the day before, but it was great to be able to rest during the travel time and also do the tour~ It was worth booking at a place with a lot of reservations^^

Overall, I was very satisfied. Our tour guide, Amy, was very enthusiastic, provided bilingual service, and was always responsive to our needs. She explained everything in great detail and even helped us take photos. Thank you so much!

Nice coach service, packed schedule though so not a lot of time allowed to stay at each stop, but a good tour for a glimpse of Kyoto and Nara.
